Rental Terms

Most rentals are for a period of 1 to 3 business days.  A cost of 15% per day will be charged on extended rentals. If the rental is for more than a week, a 50% per week charge will be applied to the rental fee.

We require legal identification with an address and your picture (a driver’s license is preferred). If you don’t have this with you at the time of your booking, we will require it by the time you pick-up your costume(s).

All bookings must be pre-paid in full. There is a 50% cancellation charge, so please be sure you want the costume. Refunds are issued with the same method of payment used for the rental. We will not refund any of the money paid for the rental within one week of the pick-up date. In addition to this, we will require a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX). We will take a blank imprint of your credit card as a security. There are no exceptions.

Halloween (September and October)

You can book your Halloween costume starting September 1, 2015. Pickups are between October 19 and October 31, 2015. Returns are from November 2-4. Payment in full is due at the time of the rental booking.  We do not reserve costume bookings over the phone in October.

Alterations and Cleaning

A basic alteration fee of $25.00 will apply to all rental costumes. More substantial alterations might incur an additional fee. Dry cleaning is included in our rental prices.



We require full measurements to ensure a proper fit. Our staff can take proper measurements if you visit us for a fitting. If you are unable to visit our showroom for a fitting, we will ask you to provide measurements via email. If measurements are incomplete, there are no refunds for ill-fitting costumes.
