Included in your space booking, we are offering a 20% discount on all wardrobe rentals.

This well-lit rental space is perfect for accommodating Hair and Makeup artists, Catering, Meetings, Offices, Casting, and more!

Our large 1200sq ft. space is ideal for pre-production and can also be used as a set for very large shows. The location can also be used as a gear stash and AD office.

  • The space offers 1200sq. ft. with natural light

  • Used for holding, catering, processing, rehearsals, offices, carpentry

  • It has a back entryway with alley access that is large enough for a Cube truck

  • The space can be securely locked for storing gear

Pricing

  • Our listed hourly rate is $75/hour

  • Day rate is $500

  • The rental space includes a 20% discount on all wardrobe rentals

  • 25% of the fee to hold the location, 25% upon arrival, and the remaining 50% upon wrapping

  • Modern, private unisex washroom & dressing room

  • Use of large Kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave
